During these trying times, Al Rajhi Bank Malaysia stands ready to serve our customers. In line with the recent Pemerkasa Plus aid package announced by the Malaysian Government, we have revised our Financial Payment Assistance options specially designed for the B40 customers who are registered under the Bantuan Sara Hidup (“BSH”) or Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (“BPR”) as well as any customer(s) who have recently lost their jobs or is experiencing a reduction in income. Eligible customers may choose the below options from 1st June 2021 onwards for assistance: - Three (3) months moratorium; or - Reduction of monthly instalments by 50% for the period of 6 months. - For those who experienced a reduction in income, they may apply for a reduction of monthly instalments according to percentage of reduced income Customers who are impacted by the Covid-19 crisis but do not fall into the above categories may also apply for assistance and we will review the application on a case by case basis. We encourage all customers who are facing financial difficulties in servicing their financial commitments to reach out to us.
