Major Duties and Responsibilities As the Digital & Marketing Executive, you are responsible for the following areas: Digital/E-commerce • Basic understanding of conversion funnels, while assisting to develop strategies for acquisition, conversion, and retention channels • Setting up of campaigns and promotions throughout all our platforms • Identify areas of opportunity and develop digital marketing campaigns • Content management, create engaging content and visuals by working closely with the in-house creative team • Keep up to date with latest digital marketing trends within in the beauty industry while keeping track of similar brand activities • Engagement and growth of online community • Experience in any of this area will be a plus; FB ads, Keyword research, SEO, Funnel Management, e-retailing (Lazada, Shopee and others). • Reporting and analysis – Monitoring key analytics and reporting on them on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. • Working on ad-hoc marketing strategies • Copywriting skills will be advantageous Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Communication / Marketing / International Business/ Management or equivalent to 2 working years in any industry (within Marketing) • Degree/diploma or Ecommerce or Digital Marketing qualification will be advantageous • Able to work and think independently and a team player • Effective communication skills and presentation skills in English is a must (Mandarin is a plus) • Salary Range – RM3000 - RM4000 Benefits • EPF • SOCSO • Working Location near to Public Transport ( LRT / BUS ) • 5 day work week • Products claim benefits
