Hey Spartans! If you’re on your fast but still want to #SpartanUp with your workout regime, Spartan Malaysia Athlete, Saddam Pitli, shows you how! He focuses on quality vs. quantity with his workout, cutting back on his training by 40% to maintain his strength for the rest of the day. He runs 10-12km as he starts his day and onto strength training doing 30 reps instead of 50 on normal days. Representing Malaysia with the rest of the Spartan Malaysia Athletes, he will be competing in tomorrow’s Chonburi Super, the 2nd leg of the SEA Series 2018 in Thailand.
