Isn't this just an amazing picture? The colour of their skin is different but they were on the same side of the court. They fought together, stood on the podium to celebrate their win together, and made the country proud TOGETHER. Sometimes we forget how something like this is almost impossible in other countries, but in Malaysia we look at our diversity and say "can wan, no problem!" Thank you Thinaah and Pearly for showing us not just your fighting spirit, but your uniting spirit. And congrats once again on being the first Malaysian Women's doubles' pair to win the French open!
