Niro Ceramic Group of companies in adhering to the FMCO as issued by the Malaysian Government from 1 Jun – 14 Jun 2021, would like to bring to your attention the FMCO directives and the effects on our business operations and supply chain: 1. Our offices and showrooms throughout Malaysia and East Malaysia will be physically closed from 1 June 2021 to 14 June 2021, yet, your respective sales and customer care personnel will be contactable via their mobile phones and emails. 2. Domestic deliveries within Malaysia will be delayed till further approvals or changes in government directives are issued which will be informed to you accordingly. 3. Our factory in Pasir Gudang, Johor will be closed and as port operations are lightly staffed, expected delivery dates may not be met. Steps are taken to minimize such occurrences and you will be informed of any changes in the production schedule and delivery dates through your sales account personnel. In spite of the FMCO measures and directives, we will strive to conduct our operations without exception, and all our staff will be contactable as usual through their mobile phone and emails. We would like to assure you that all incoming communication from you will be managed attentively and attended to promptly.
