PROTON is reaching out to its customers affected by the floods through the PROTON Flood Relief Campaign with discounts of 50% for selected parts and a 25% discount on labour charges. If your car is caught in a flood, here is what you should do: 1. Do not turn on your engine. 2. Call 1-800-88-8398 for towing assistance to the nearest Proton Authorized Service Centre and B&P outlets. 3. Confirm whether your insurance comes with Special Perils (flood) coverage. 4. Customers can enjoy up to RM1,000 flood relief allowance if their vehicle is insured with the Proton Insurance Program.
