REQUIREMENT: π Has minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG industry π Has minimum 2 years experiance in managerial postition π Successful track record as sales representative and managerial postion π Great mentoring, coaching, and people management skill JOB SCOPE: πΉ Training and motivating sales team to drive sales growth and achieve sales target πΉ Providing guidance, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team. πΉ Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for assigned territory and target setting for sales team πΉ Identify business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients. πΉ Negotiating business contract and closing deals πΉ Come out with business strategy, evaluate current business performance, maximizing business reach and potential. πΉ Conduct and coordinate market research / opportunity assessment, compiling the information and make recommendations. πΉ Explore and open new market segment and accounts πΉ Present required reports and realistic forecasts to management team πΉ Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
