REQUIREMENT: 📌 Has minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG industry 📌 Has minimum 2 years experiance in managerial postition 📌 Successful track record as sales representative and managerial postion 📌 Great mentoring, coaching, and people management skill JOB SCOPE: 🔹 Training and motivating sales team to drive sales growth and achieve sales target 🔹 Providing guidance, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team. 🔹 Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for assigned territory and target setting for sales team 🔹 Identify business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients. 🔹 Negotiating business contract and closing deals 🔹 Come out with business strategy, evaluate current business performance, maximizing business reach and potential. 🔹 Conduct and coordinate market research / opportunity assessment, compiling the information and make recommendations. 🔹 Explore and open new market segment and accounts 🔹 Present required reports and realistic forecasts to management team 🔹 Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
