For those who are a big fans of crab, you can now visit our premier Chinese restaurant, Chynna! We will be serving giant mud crabs and French crabs in various styles - steamed with egg white sauce, cooked with Kam Heong / salted egg / black pepper sauce, boiled in an aromatic herbal broth or even Deep-fried with cumin and curry spices. There's also wok-smoked, cooked with Kam Heong / butter and milk / salted egg / cheese butter / black pepper / chilli sauce and the Signature durian cream sauce.
