To us, the ocean is an important source of food, fuel, minerals etc. But to the majority of life on earth, the ocean is where they call home. Researchers estimate that the ocean may be home to 700,000 marine species. But if we continue to neglect and fail to preserve this significant ecosystem, our world will continue to suffer a drastic loss of marine life with each passing year.
