Hi all! We hope everyone is keeping safe. Being a part of our beloved community, it’s our civic duty to communicate to all of you, our customers & friends, regarding anything related to your health & safety. Especially during these uncertain times, we want to be transparent about any information that we have! We have just been informed by one of our (super responsible! most civic minded!) customers yesterday, 10/1, that she had tested positive for Covid-19. She ordered take-away from Dew and dined in at Jaslyn Cakes Bangsar between 4.15pm-5pm on 5/1. We have immediately tested all our staff from all 3 shops: Jaslyn Cakes Bangsar & Mont Kiara and Dew. We are relieved to report that all our staff have tested negative. We will continue to follow strict SOPs at all times. We urge all our customers who have visited us during the aforementioned time frame to exercise the necessary precautions as advised by the MOH. As a precautionary measure, we have also arranged to shut all 3 stores tomorrow, 12/1, to carry out professional sanitisation & deep cleaning treatments. We truly apologise for the orders that we have had to postpone or cancel for tomorrow 🥺 From Wednesday, 13/1 until further notice, we will only be accepting takeaways and deliveries. We will not be allowing dine-ins at Jaslyn Cakes Bangsar & Mont Kiara and Dew, in accordance with the latest government guidelines. Our selection of cakes and beverages may be viewed & ordered via our QR menu. For those of you who have placed orders with us during this MCO 2.0 period, our team will be in touch with you tomorrow. We apologise for any inconvenience and we thank you in advance for your kind cooperation, patience and loyal support always! Lastly, safe everyone! ✨
