[Blackbyrd Press Release : Investigation and Update For Mr Kenxken Lim Incident] - 9 Dec 2022 In light of the recent unpleasant visit by Mr Kenxken Lim Kenxken Lim , we would like to extend our sincerest apologies to Mr Lim and his party. Since the post came to our attention, we have been running an internal investigation and review to ascertain the root cause. The outcome of which is a corrective action plan to ensure we improve our service standards. We would also like to take this opportunity to highlight that we have taken efforts to be in touch with Mr Lim. We are deeply committed to serving our customers and knowing that we did not live up to expectations is a terrible feeling. We are dedicated to make this right and catered a course of action. What we have done so far : 1) Conducted interviews with related staff members and took necessary disciplinary action. 2) Overall staff retraining is planned and in progress. 3) Review and revision of standard operating procedure is currently in progress. We are 100% committed to ensure our customers’ needs and expectations are met. Once again, we would like to extend our apologies to Mr Lim and his party, we will improve and be better. Thank you.
