Good morning and happy Sunday everyone! As tomorrow is a public holiday, don’t forget to join us as we’re gonna be baking a Victoria Sponge on MONDAY the 7TH OF JUNE at 11.00AM so don’t forget to join us. Here is what you’re gonna need for the bake-a-long: Victoria Sponge Ingredients 1. 150g butter (room temperature) 2. 150g caster sugar 3. 3 eggs (room temperature) 4. 150g self raising flour 5. 0.25 teaspoon baking soda 6.
