Today, 10 October is World Mental Health Day. Let's take the opportunity to raise awareness about mental health issues and how we can support one another. More people are experiencing poor mental health today because of the rising cost of living. In a recent survey conducted by Rakuten Insight, 59% of Malaysian respondents aged between 16 and 24 indicated a high stress level in the past year. No matter the age, background, gender, race, or religion, mental health issues can be experienced by anyone. Connect with a friendly counsellor or support group in your community to get help or simply volunteer.
