Cataract is common for people over the age of 40 but most probably won't notice the signs until after the age of 60. This happens because the lens in your eyes starts to cloud, causing vision problem. Do watch out for signs of cataract such as blurry vision, seeing double, extra sensitive to light, having trouble seeing well at night or you see bright colors as faded or yellow.
