Winner will be notified via messenger. Contest period 25/7/2021 – 28/7/21 Ingredients 1kg live mud crab 2kg white rock salt Steps 1. Remove the crab shell from its body. Wash under cold water and discard the gills. Cut crab into half. Gently crack the claws partially through. 2. Mix the salts to create a layer large enough on the baking tray. Place the crab on the salt. Use the remaining salt to cover the top of the crab especially the legs and the claws. Ensure no salt covers the exposed flesh of the crab. 3. Preheat oven at 250Β°C. Then bake crab for 20 minutes until the crab meat is just white and the shell is red. 4. Remove from oven and set aside to rest for 5 minutes. Brush away the salt.
