Multitasking with your iPad is so easy when you can open few apps together in one screen! You do this either with a Slide Over, where one app sits atop another, or a Split View, where two apps are side by side, making it easy to copy data back and forth between them. Here is how you can do it: 💡Tip: Activate screen multitasking with the following steps: Settings > Home Screen & Multitasking. Your iPad offers two different multitasking modes: Slide Over and Split View. Slide Over: -Open your first app and swipe up from the bottom of the screen just enough to display the dock. -Hold down the icon for the second app, and drag it to the right side of the screen until it turns into a small vertical window Split View: Press down on the top banner of the app window and drag the window to the right. The window will shrinks in size, allowing the other window to slide into place so both apps share the screen in a split view. 💡Trick: You can open up to 3 active app and even 4 active app on iOS 16.
