PLUS Malaysia Berhad aims to prioritise the comfort and safety of highway customers this upcoming Aidilfitri season in anticipation of the 2 million vehicles which will be travelling the highway. PLUS will also station 1,500 Customer Service Assistants (CSA) at all 1,100 lanes across 94 highway toll plazas to ensure a smooth and seamless drive through experience and assist in the eventuality of toll transaction complications. Highway users are advised to use the same payment methods in tolls upon entry and exit of the highway to reduce the possibility of congestion at the toll lanes. Also, please be advised to ensure your Touch ‘n Go cards or eWallet balance (for RFID users) is sufficient before you begin your journey.
