COMMUNITY WORKOUT ALERT - KUCHING (15 MAY) Spartan race in Kuching is happening in June and we're getting ready! 🏃🏃🏃 Join the FREE Community Workout by Level Up Fitness at the Amphitheatre, Kuching this Sunday, 15 May 2022 at 7:30AM. This workout session is beginner-friendly and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The workout aims to improve strength, endurance, stability, grip and skills that are useful not only for the obstacle race but to improve daily functional movements too.
