Join Hansen Lee for a special Arm Balance workshop at our studio on Saturday, 21 April 2018 at 11.45am. This 2-hour workshop will be dedicated to developing a solid foundation in arm balance poses. Hansen will focus the first half on the fundamentals such as arm strength, shoulder stability, core engagement and understanding weight transfer. On top of that, he will explore the various types of arm balance poses like Pincha, EKP I, scorpion and others. Hansen's workshops are all about having fun while learning and not to take things too seriously.
