Heathfield, Human Resources expert 15 June 2022, Tanjong Malim – PROTON today celebrated its best performers from last year by hosting them at a ceremony for the PROTON Employee Excellence Awards 2021. 64 individual staff members received awards for their contributions to the company that ranged from operational excellence, to going the extra mile to achieve their goals and embodying the company’s core values. Addressing the staff during the event, Dr Li Chunrong, CEO of PROTON, Roslan Abdullah, Deputy CEO of PROTON and Amran Mohd Tomin, Vice President of Human Capital and Administration all expressed their pride in the performance presented by everyone over the last calendar year and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Without their collective efforts, it would have been difficult for the company to overcome its various challenges but due to their dedication, we have grown every year since 2019. As shining examples of our ethos, the 64 award winners exemplify what can be achieved and they in turn will inspire their colleagues to help drive the company further forwards towards a common goal.
