To assist the A&P / Marketing Manager in developing and executing the Mall's Marketing Plan that includes budgeting. To maintain spending expenditure for events delegated within budget. To assist the team in implementing all marketing, advertising and programmes. To develop relationships with retailers to secure their participation in all-appropriate promotions and events. To assist with the study of market trends and competitor activities. Marketing To assist with translation of the marketing plan into effective advertising programmes and activities including special promotions and collateral materials. To assist in strategizing, planning and implementing loyalty marketing activities. Event Promotions To plan and execute the approved marketing and event promotional programmes. To develop the required brand identity and market positioning. To attract sufficient customers from the desired target market(s). To obtain a strong retail market presence to ensure that EVOMALL is relevant to its customers. To support retailer activities to promote sustainability of sales. To monitor advertising programmes required for all media, including collateral in support of the marketing plan. Advertising To execute advertising programmes for the Mall. To develop and execute relevant and cost-effective advertising strategies. To liaise with relevant parties in the production of advertising for all media including collateral in support of the marketing plan of the Mall. Public Relations: To represent the Mall by attending all relevant functions (e.g. Government, Tourism and Retailer-related launches).
