With the festive season just around the corner, we are delighted to welcome Natalie Lau for an exciting guest shift this 13th Dec. She brings extensive knowledge and a passion for flavour, with years of experience behind the bar in both London and HK. Join us for a night of cocktails made to highlight the delicately bright flavours of London Essence. Natalie Lau is the first Asian female bartender who worked in The American Bar at The Savoy Hotel in London.
