We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Sales Advisor to represent WARDROBE in all facets of style, customer engagement, and hospitality as our premier retail team. As the Sales Advisor you will be responsible for overall retail operation and delivering the utmost WARDROBE experience to the clients with upholding the highest level of service. You are also required (but not limited) to provide: • To oversee and deliver the whole customer journey according to WARDROBE standards. • Offering clients consultation and assistance with professionalism and efficiency. • Follow, deliver, and manage all provided action plans to improve sales and productivity. You are encouraged to apply if you are: • Possess at least SPM/Higher. • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. • Former airline cabin crew, 5-star hotel reception or front-desk assistant are encouraged to apply. • With at least 5 years of experience in service-oriented industries such as high-end retail/ hospitality/ hotelier, fine-dining restaurant manager, or customer service-related environment. • Pleasant personality with sociable interpersonal and communication skills at all levels. • Reliable, disciplined, and self-driven with excellent problem-solving skills. • Necessary training will be provided.
