#FruityWednesday πŸ’πŸ‘ Fruity Galette that no one can resist! This is one of those desserts that you definitely will fall in love with. β€’ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ INGREDIENTS πŸ‘ For the filling - 4 units yellow peach - 250 g. cherries - 125 g. blueberries - 3 tbsp. honey - 50 ml. Water - Vanilla ice cream - pistachios πŸ₯£ For the dough - 1 pc. egg - 250 ml. Water - 250 ml. milk - Salt - 2 tbsp. olive oil - 150 g. buckwheat flour - 100 grams. wheat flour β€’ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ELABORATION 1. For the filling: peel the peach and cut into wedges, cut the cherries in half and remove the pit. Add both fruits with the blueberries and cook with the honey and water for 15 minutes over medium heat. Strain and reserve. 2. For the dough: put all the ingredients together in a mixing glass and beat for a few minutes until you have a homogeneous mixture. 3. Brush a large griddle or frying pan with oil and pour in a little batter. Spread with the help of a wooden pancake rake and cook on one side with the Full Flex function of the induction. 4. When the dough has bubbles all over the surface, turn and cook on the other side. 5. Pour the reserved filling in the middle, fold the edges into a square and reserve. 6. Repeat the process with the rest of the dough and filling. Before serving, decorate with crushed pistachios and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the center.
