Hi everyone! We have just opened up 2 new classes for every Wednesday morning & Thursday evening. Kindly find here our new schedule which will start this week itself! Gentle Stretch with Nicole - Wednesday - 9.15am-10.00am A beginner friendly class which incorporates yoga poses, gentle stretches and movement in its class sequence. Teacher will work on warming up the body with silent meditation which helps to increase awareness and mindfulness of our breath and body. A gentle stretch practice but strong in self-love to start your day with self-compassion! Reset and Restore with Rin - Thursday - 8.15pm-9.00pm A beginner friendly class for those who wish to slow down, breathe deeply or in need of a reset! This class focuses on releasing tension in the body, quieting the mind and restoring balance to both mind and body. See you at the studio!
