Myopia, or nearsightedness, is increasing among school-aged children. Poor vision can directly impact a child's ability to learn. About 80% of learning is visual and happens through the eyes, so eye health should be a priority. In collaboration with Yayasan Tengku Abdullah, we visited SJK(T) Segambut to present prescription glasses to the 51 students that need vision correction. During our last visit, we provided eye screening by our team of Optometrists for 150 students from Standard 1 to 6. The ceremony was graced with the presence YM Tengku Shaheera Binti Almarhum Tengku Tan Sri Abdullah, the founder of Yayasan Tengku Abdullah, accompanied by Mr. Muhammad Fawzul Bin Dato' Muhammad Yusoff, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Fomema Sdn.
