Our first speaker, Lilian Cheah, is the Founder & CEO of BITC Events Sdn Bhd and Fuyooh Solutions Sdn Bhd. She is also a partner for the restaurant chain, Black Canyon Malaysia. She'll delve into her portfolio as an entrepreneur and share her experience in her talk entitled, 'Can you be born an Entrepreneur? A discussion through the lens of 'nature vs nurture.'... Himali De Silva worked for over 15 years as a Management Consultant/Project Manager for Global Brand Names across the UK, US & Asia (Deloitte UK, Deloitte US and KPMG Singapore). She then embarked on her social entrepreneur journey founding Apé - which raises awareness of Circular Consumption & leads the creation of a preloved ecosystem in Sri Lanka. Himali's talk is titled Entrepreneurs: Risking it alone or with co-founders? The talk will be moderated by business alumna, Jayasree, who is currently a professional level candidate at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. PechaKucha (Japanese for chit-chat) is a dynamic storytelling format where a presenter shows 20 slides for 20 seconds of commentary each (6 minutes and 40 seconds total).
