Marinade fish and let it rest for 20-30 minutes in an air-conditioned room or 1 hour in a refrigerator. 2. Set Tefal Easy Grill & Steam 3-in1 FW2018 at the Fish mode to 10 minutes. Remove fish once cooked and dap dry. 3. Place all the smoke pack ingredients onto a lined stainless plate. Place bottom. Set Grill mode (preheat 15 minutes) at 200’C for 20-30 minutes. 4. Once there’s smoke, lay the fish fillet on the rack and smoke for 20-25 minutes, and reduce the temperature to 140°C.
