Celebrate our annual Chuleton day as we pay tribute to one of Spain's signature dishes, the Chuleton de Buey, (also known as Txuleton). . . When seeking out a truly world-class steak, the usual suspects that come to mind are places like New York, Chicago, and Buenos Aires. It would be easy to overlook Spain, but it would also be a huge mistake. . . Spain has a great steak culture, usually involving meat from older animals cooked slowly over a live wood fire, and the national standard is the “chuleton de buey,” a very thick cut bone-in rib steak, often meant for two, showing up on menus all over the country. . . You better book your table because seats are limited. Happening this Saturday, we’ll be open for lunch!
