Dear Customers, Following the government’s recent announcement, we are delighted to inform you that Snowflake is now open for customers who are fully vaccinated to dine in! The safety of our Snowflakers & Customers is paramount to us so we strictly follow a number of measures in line with government guidelines to ensure you can be at ease when dining at our premises. These measures include: 1) The criteria for fully vaccinated customers to dine in include having completed 14 days after receiving the second dose of the vaccines (for Pfizer, AstraZeneca & Sinovac), and 28 days for single-dose vaccines (Johnson & Johnson & CanSino), with no COVID-like symptoms ; 2) > 80% Snowflakers at each outlet are fully vaccinated and complete health screening everyday before entering our premise and also in every 4 hours of work ; 3) seatings are adhering to the 1m distancing rule ; 4) providing our employees with all necessary PPE ; 5) providing everyone with the relevant hand sanitising products. All this along with our usual health measures will ensure we maintain high standards of operating. Our operating hours are as follows: Snowflake Kuchai Lama : 12:00pm - 9:00pm Snowflake Midvally Megamall: 12:00pm - 7:30pm Snowflake Pavilion KL : 12:30pm - 8:15pm Snowflake Sunway Pyramid : 11:00am - 9:30pm Last call: 15min. before closing time.
