There’s really nothing better than a piece of beautifully grilled fish! At ChoCha Foodstore, we prefer to source our fish from local fishermen around the country and love showcasing the variety and deliciousness of our seas. This season we feature ikan senangin (threadfin) on our menu - brushed generously with in-house chilli paste, wrapped up in banana leaf and then grilled over hot coals. We serve it up with compressed cabbage and umami-rich petai miso accompaniments.
