Responsibilities - Provide excellent customer service - Maintain clean look at all times - Serving Customers with positive attitude and smile - Taking orders from customers - Good understanding of menu and explain it well to customer to increase sales - Serving food and drinks politely to customers - Cleaning of hall areas and ensure that hygiene standards are kept at all times. - Ensure service areas are well stocked with supplies such as napkins, tableware and drinks - Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent service is provided to all customers. - Support kitchen crew during non-peak hours - Stock Check Requirement: - Have good smile - Good communication with customers - Excellent Teamwork - Good interpersonal skill - get along with other restaurant crews and customers - Helpful attitudes - Supportive to other team members - Good hearted
