Squeeze water out from the cassava and let it rest for 30 minutes. Discard the water and scoop the starch into the grated cassava on the base. Add water (in replacement of discarded cassava juice) 2. Mix all ingredients except coconut milk. Stir well and make sure there are no chunks of cassava. 3. Slowly drizzle in the coconut milk and mix well. Once the batter is smooth, let it rest for 15 minutes. 4. Pour into the prepared lined pan and set to the Fish mode in Tefal Easy Grill & Steam 3-in1 FW2018 for 20 minutes, then change to air fry mode at 170’c for 20 minutes. Then increase the temperature to 180’C for 5-10 minutes to get the top brown. 5. Remove once cooked and let it cool thoroughly before cutting.
