Did you know that long walks with nature can help reduce stress and ease one’s mental state? Nature and the Environment is the theme proposed by the Mental Health Foundation for Mental Health Awareness Week 2021 and with that the Faculty of Dentistry invites you to participate in a Virtual Walk and Photography Competition as part of promoting mental health. Participants are to submit a single entry of their walking exercise with nature via google form (scan QR code). The winner(s) will be chosen based on the best photo submission and best caption on Mental Health Awareness. #MAHSA #BeMORE #Persuasion #Faculty of Dentistry
