Besides pork, we serve up succulent chunks of beef brisket too! They are 100% Australian beef. Slow cured, then slow-cooked to make it fork tender. It’s tasty without being too salty. Great on its own or perfectly complemented by juicy pickle slices, sauerkraut and mustard. #mybutcherstable
