Every March 22, we celebrate one of the most important natural resources to mankind --- water. As common as clean freshwater is to you and I, let’s always remember that all over the world, there are still over 2 billion people who still have to go through their day-to-day life with no access to safe water. So the next time that we are tempted to leave the tap running while we’re brushing our teeth, or to spend an hour in the shower, we must remind ourselves to never take things for granted. Because freshwater only makes up 2.5% of the water we have on earth, so let’s use it with care and more gratitude. Happy World Water Day!
