Eating healthy is not only for our internal health but will show on the outside as well. Just like being deficient in vitamin C makes us fall sick easily, being dehydrated will also cause dry skin, fatigue, constipation, and a plethora of other illnesses. Since our body is made up of 60% water, it makes sense to drink a sufficient amount in order to replenish the amount of water loss everyday. But it can get a bit boring to just drink plain water.
