Come and join Life Hot Yoga for a 90 minutes all-level, FREE community yoga practice where Hum and Yasmin will lead you through a special themed practice "Grounding into Acceptance & Release". If you are feeling lost, overwhelmed or having needs to process emotions and energy that make you feel stuck and trapped or simply needing a nudge to remind yourself how strong and resilient you are, this is a session for you. The class is open to all levels, suitable for people who are new to yoga. It will start off with yoga movement practice to help you to feel grounded and to create space for acceptance and new possibilities. We will then ease into the second half the class with a calming yin practice and a guided meditation to release and let go anxiety, fear and negative emotions or thoughts that have bothered you in life.
