Hi, my name is Muaz Japar and I’m from Bumbung, Alor. I’m in charge of our seasonal menu here as the R&D Chef for #Jibby and #Serai. For the past 3 years, I particularly enjoy coming out with new ideas, which makes it exciting especially when our boss is open and supportive to this and gives us the opportunity to learn new skills along the way. During my free time, you’ll probably catch me jogging nearby to make sure I’m healthy enough to keep doing what I love - Muaz Japar, R&D Chef
