What you will be doing: You will manage all digital activities across social, search engine and e-shopping platforms. You will work with the team to plan and execute all paid media campaigns, while managing the optimization and reporting of campaigns. The Digital Marketing /Marketing Executive will be responsible for: • Executing and managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms • Make informed recommendations on allocated paid advertising budget and optimise ad spend • Test new channels and keep up to date with the latest in digital marketing • Document evolution of active digital marketing campaigns • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.) • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses What we need from you: • Independent, resourceful, and driven • An analytical thinker comfortable with distilling insights from data into actionable recommendations • Excellent communications skills - English (written and spoken). Bilingualism will be an added advantage. • Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM) • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends) • At least 1 year experience in related field.
