A forum exploring the myths and facts of 21st century woman. As a group of business people who frequently deal with women customers, we'd like to explore these issues as they affect not only our customers but ourselves, our children, our colleagues and our business partners as well. As we have been discussing these issues as a group of interested normal business people, we decided that it may be beneficial for others in our community to join and weigh in as well. We invite you to join us in our conversation and casual networking this Sunday. Refreshments are provided. Speaker Profile: Cheng Yee Leng: A life planner advisor for 15 years, Yee Leng is a life member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table who will share about how she juggles the many hats that she wears as mother, wife, and career woman. She has seen many instances where women place more importance in their children and in everyone else around them, except themselves. Wong Li Li: An online retailer of handmade soaps and essential oils for 6 years, she loves infusing life with little doses of happiness whenever possible. She believes that women should celebrate and embrace their emotions and not view emotions as a barrier to one's skills and capabilities. Dr Shashi Kumar: Director of the KL Sky Clinic, Dr Shashi provides consultations on functional health treatments. He will be sharing his knowledge on whitening products and procedures as he has encountered many women who are prioritising beauty over their personal health. Kid Chan: International Celebrity Photographer, Enterprenuer & #1 Best Selling Author listed as 100 People You Must Know in Asia by Malaysia Tatler, Kid Chan is also an Amway distributor who has been actively coaching and providing consultation to people who wish to better manage their weight. He notes that there is a tendency in society to expect women to have “skinny bodies” as an ideal instead of their personal health. Thus he will share more on the myth of the "skinny" woman. The moderator of the forum will be Ng Siau Sun, a lawyer from Sun & Michele Advocates and Solicitors. This forum would not be possible without the organizing effort of Brenda Lee, an IP consultant from Tee IP Sdn Bhd.
