Following orangutans is extremely challenging, and sometimes frustrating, but we remain determined in our efforts to ensure the survival of wild orangutans in the long run. To protect orangutans, we work with the Sabah Wildlife Department, the Royal Malaysian Police and other enforcement agencies to monitor and prevent protected areas from being encroached by illegal activities that could threaten or damage natural habitats or endanger wildlife.
