Requirement: 1. Food science/food technology/food nutrition background 2. 3-4 years working experience in the R&D food industry 3. Basic knowledge of food production and processing, food safety, Halal, and HACCP 4. Applied structure, disciplined approach to planning & completing projects successfully Job Scope: 1. Plan, manage and complete projects from product sourcing, product selection, packaging, design, production, and launching of products. 2. Design and formulate new & improved exiting products, from project creation to realization in production 3. To plan, organize, and overseas process or production trials 4. Product costing management for new development products 5. Nutritional analysis and calculation for all new product development and all existing product as needed. 6. Work closely with the operation, quality control, procurement, designer, and marketing in the communication of technical information, product trial, market launching, etc. 7. Keep abreast of market trends, consumer insight, competitors’ product analysis, and propose new ideas and new products.
