Need a wholesome treat for your workout? Try making this deliciously healthy Blueberry Yoghurt Smoothie with Pocky Wholesome Blueberry Yoghurt! Ingredients 1 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh) 1 (8 ounce) container plain yogurt ¾ cup 2% reduced-fat milk 2 tablespoons white sugar ½ teaspoon vanilla extract ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 pack Pocky Wholesome Blueberry Yoghurt flavour Method Add the blueberries, banana, orange and 3/4 cup of milk to a blender. If you want to, add any optional ingredients to the blender. Turn blender on and blend until creamy and smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more milk. Crush Pocky Wholesome sticks into crumbs and sprinkle on top of your smoothie. Pour into your favourite cup and voila! Your Blueberry Yoghurt smoothie with Pocky Wholesome is ready to be served!
