[RECIPE]​ Miso Baked Fish in Lotus Leaf ​ 3 pcs of thick fish fillet ​ 1 pc of the lotus leaf (soaked and poached) ​ 1 sprig of spring onion (thinly sliced) ​ 1 cup of cabbage (shredded) ​ 2 wedges of lemon ​ A few drops of sesame oil ​ Marinade sauce:​ Cracked black pepper ​ 1/4 tsp of salt ​ 2 tsp of Miso paste ​ 1 tbsp of brown sugar ​ 1/2 tsp of ginger juice/grated ginger ​ 1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil ​ Preparation time: 40 mins ​ Cooking time: 15 mins ​ Serving size: 2 persons ​ Method :​ 1. Marinade fish and refrigerate it for 30 minutes (closed container) ​ 2. Place cabbage on the baked lotus leaf. Then top with a fish fillet. If needed, wrap and secure with a skewer. ​ 3.
